How Do I Register On SafeToPlate?
You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top right corner of the homepage and provide the information in the form. You can edit the information when you want.
Is It Necessary To Register On SafeToPlate To Shop?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart - they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
My dashboard is the section you reach after you log in at safetoplate.com. You can track your orders, invoices, deliveries as well as see your order history.
You need to browse to the Sign In page, click on forgot password and enter your email address on the. An email with a reset link will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

Why Are There Delivery Charges?
Our mission is to provide safe food. In order to ensure that the refrigerated food is delivered safely, we use refrigerated vehicles till your doorsteps. The delivery charges help us maintain highest quality of cold supply chain
When Will The Order Be Delivered
We deliver orders as per the delivery date and time that you request at the time of checkout.
Are All Deliveries Done In Refrigerated Vehicles
Yes. As our mission is to ensure maximum safety of your products, we deliver all our products requiring temperature control in refrigerated vehicles

Is There A Minimum Order Value For Delivery

How Do I Check Status Of My Order

Is It Possible To Order Item Which Is Out Of Stock
No, You can order only items which are in stock currently. We do have cases of items not available in stock as, to maintain our safety promise, we do delist products on several occasions when they do not meet our stringent temperature requirements. In the event that a specific item that you need is not in stock, you can always send a message to support@safetoplate.com and we can inform you once the safest version of your product is available.
What Is Your Return - Refund Policy
As we deal with temperature sensitive products, currently we do not accept any returns. If the items are found damaged during delivery, please do not provide the delivery OTP to the SafeToPlate delivery representative and drop us a note at support@safetoplate.com. We will reschedule another delivery or refund the amount.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If possible, we will cancel your order and refund the amount.
